The Neurodiversity Connection

Blending heartfelt storytelling with thoughtful research, The Neurodiversity Connection invites readers to see learning through a new lens — one that honors the diverse ways our brains think, feel, and grow. Co-authors Joy Young and Tim Yoder draw on more than a century of combined experience to share lessons rooted in the classroom, informed by community, and grounded in human connection.

Through real-life examples, practical strategies, and inspiring insights, Joy and Tim guide readers toward creating environments where every individual feels seen, supported, and celebrated. While written for educators, the principles apply to leaders in every field who seek to build cultures of belonging, strengthen teams, and champion the strengths each person brings.
