“To collaboratively create neuroinclusive communities that are irresistible - where every person feels known, connected, respected, and valued - this is what I love to do!”

What I Offer

Speaking & Keynotes

With inspiring, story-driven talks that help audiences see neurodiversity through a different lens, I leverage both research and life experience to explore neurodiversity. The presentations demystify neurodistinctions, honor strengths, and open the door to implementing neuroinclusive practices. I’ve lived the lessons I share. Ideal for staff events, leadership retreats, professional learning days, conferences, and parent and community events, I welcome the opportunity to partner with you in creating neuroclusive environments that celebrate all kinds of minds.

Training & Professional Development

Interactive workshops tailored to your context—schools, businesses, faith communities, nonprofits, and more - these trainings benefit everyone in your community. Exposing outdated beliefs about brains and behavior, you will be equipped with practical strategies and frameworks. Our work won’t be abstract. We’ll explore tools that can be readily used and strategies that honor diverse brains while strengthening culture, communication, and outcomes. I am committed to making the work accessible, actionable, and sustainable.

I believe that embracing the many aspects of neurodiversity empowers us to spotlight unique problem-solving, creativity, and innovation. Knowing that compassion and accountability are compatible, we can identify and align strengths, reduce barriers, and build cultures where everyone can experience continued and sometimes surprisingly, unexpected success.

Organizational Strategy & Advising

For leaders who desire a change and need a thought partner to navigate the transition, redesign systems, or further promote a culture of belonging, I’m here for you. I help leaders and teams translate neuroinclusive values into everyday habits, language, workflows, and policies. My life’s journey spans cultures, continents, age groups, and learning contexts. The lives and stories of actual people have impacted my understanding of neurodiversity. I have experienced firsthand how neuroinclusive practices strengthen organizations—and how neuroexclusive practices limit them.

Team & Community Engagement

Through facilitated sessions that promote neuroinclusion, we will work together to strengthen understanding, communication, and trust. The heart of our book—and work—is helping people see one another through curiosity and a wider, more generous lens. We will practice this together, promoting a shift from confusion to clarity, from judgment to understanding, and from frustration to possibility. The result is consistently stronger teams and smarter decisions, producing innovative responses and creative solutions that might otherwise be overlooked.

Why Work With Me

The process is simple:

I listen.
Every organization is unique. Every community has a story. One size does not fit all.  Understanding your people and your goals shapes everything we do together.

I partner.
You don’t have to figure this out alone. I walk with you from early questions to clear next steps, celebrating progress throughout the journey.

I coordinate with you to make the work accessible.
No jargon. No shame. No overwhelm. Just logical, practical strategies that move you and your team forward in both thinking and practice.

I join you in celebrating growth.
Transformative, sustainable growth is a process, whether personally, professionally, or organizationally.  Celebrating effort as well as achievement is a critical part of the journey.
